These Terms & Conditions outline the policies governing our services at Savvy Business Sol. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.

Estimates & Quotations

  • Our estimates are prepared based on a clear understanding of your requirements and agreed timelines. Any changes, including minor improvements, may result in additional costs.

  • Clients are encouraged to confirm and specify their requirements during the initial consultation to avoid discrepancies.

  • Acceptance of our quotation can be given verbally, via email, by paying the initiation fee, or by signing the proposal.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must ensure all requirements are clearly communicated and included in the quotation. Timely provision of accurate details is essential.

  • If information is delayed or unclear, we will proceed based on our understanding and revise the quote if necessary.

  • Any ambiguities or major changes introduced later may incur additional costs.

  • Specific requirements must be communicated in advance to be factored into the proposal.

Project Timelines & Changes:

  • Each project/task has a fixed number of hours. Minor revisions can be accommodated within the agreed timeframe.

  • Projects will be completed within the specified schedule, with reasonable allowances for delays caused by requested changes.

  • Client-side delays, such as late approvals or missing content, may postpone delivery and increase costs.

  • All website content and related materials must be provided within the first two weeks of the project. Extended delays may result in extra charges.

Refunds & Revisions:

  • Refunds or credits are not issued unless required by law or at our discretion.

  • Bugs identified during or immediately after development will be fixed at no additional cost.

  • Rework or changes requested after approval or Go-Live will incur extra fees.

  • Changes made after final approval or modifications to the agreed project scope will be billed separately.

Testing & Compatibility:

  • We test websites on major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and on iPhones/iPads for responsive compatibility. If testing on other devices/browsers is required, clients must notify us in advance.

  • For websites not hosted on our servers, additional hours needed to address network issues are not included in estimates and will be charged separately.

Project Hold Policy:

  • Projects placed on hold for more than two months will incur an administrative fee of $99/week and may require revised cost estimates.

  • Clients must notify us in advance if they wish to pause a project.

Ownership & Intellectual Property:

  • All software codes developed by Savvy Business Sol (excluding open-source software) are protected by copyright.

  • Upon full settlement of invoices, clients may request transfer of codes at an additional cost. Reselling or duplicating our codes is not permitted.

  • Clients receive a license to use custom-made software as part of the hosting fee. This license is exclusive but cannot be transferred to third-party hosts.

  • Full intellectual property rights related to development remain with Savvy Business Sol unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services:

  • Costs for third-party elements (e.g., plugins, tools, or services) are not included in estimates unless specified.

  • We are not liable for issues related to third-party software, including their updates or constraints.

  • Any changes in third-party vendor policies may affect our services.

Domains & Hosting:

  • Domain registration, renewals, and hosting fees are not included in project costs unless explicitly stated in the proposal.

  • Clients choosing external hosting must confirm compatibility with our development technology before finalizing.

  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party hosting providers.

  • Websites are typically tested on our servers. After full payment, projects can be transferred to a designated third-party server.

Communication:

  • All official communication will be conducted via email. Clients must keep us updated with their current contact information to avoid delays.
