  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the current billing cycle.

  • Future payments will be stopped, but no prorated refunds will be provided.

Adherence to Guidelines

For best results, clients must follow our professional recommendations, particularly regarding White Hat techniques such as SEO research, keyword optimization, content updates, technical improvements, and site structure adjustments. Failure to comply with these guidelines may make clients ineligible for refunds.

Website Accessibility:

Clients are responsible for keeping their website active and accessible to our team throughout the duration of services. Interruptions in access may negatively affect outcomes and refund eligibility.

Project Approval & Commencement:

Once a client approves a design or project plan and our team begins work, the project enters an irreversible phase. At this stage, refunds will not be issued.

Special Event Services:

For event-based or special marketing services, clients must provide at least 30 days’ notice to cancel. Refunds for cancellations within this period may not be possible due to advance planning and resource allocation.

Advance Notice for Ongoing Services:

Clients who wish to cancel SEO or online marketing packages must provide at least 15 days’ written notice prior to the cancellation date.

Inactivity Clause

No refunds will be provided for projects that remain inactive for more than 30 consecutive days.
