Hosting is managed by Savvy Business Sol as part of the agreed service. Hosting account access, account credentials, or administrative access to the hosting provider are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Our responsibility is to maintain the hosting service and ensure that the client’s website remains operational and accessible throughout the applicable service period. Any additional hosting access or hosting-related services outside the agreed arrangement may be subject to separate terms or requirements.
